Hi Ron,
As you have mentioned that you have to unplug the power supply of the system to turn it on. What I would recommend is to please unplug all the power cables from the system and aftre that press and hold the POWER button of the system for 30 seconds. After that plug in the power cables and then try to retstart the system.
