Hello,
Try resetting your "Internet Explorer" settings.
Right-click on the "Internet Explorer" icon ---> Properties ---> Click
on "Advanced" tab --> Click on "Reset" button.

Advise you to scan your computer by using antivirus/anti-malware with latest signature in order to make sure it's not caused by worm/virus/malware.
You can also install other web browser (Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google chrome, etc), and test to use it.
