msn webcam on satalite proClosed

Question

Hello, I can't access windows msn webcam.  my pc says the device (webcam) is working properly but i don't have a taskbar for msn to connect cams with friends.  it is also showing that i don't have cam to friends who are online.  i have used the webcam through skype only.

please please help!

Please check whether the webcam's driver needs to be updated in the Device Manager or if the webcam has been properly configured on the application.
