Hello,
My mp3 player is not detected by my laptop. My OS is Windows XP SP3 . I tried to uninstall the driver of portable devices in driver manager and reconnected the device to my laptop. Still i got same problem... can you please help me out.

Please try it on another PC to confirm that the problem is not coming right from the Mp3 player itself.

its working in other computer.. but not in my laptop
