Hello, 
I have windows XP and i was able to finally get to a DOS prompt screen and have tried to usual scandisk, chkdsk, & safe mode. Nothing works any info would be greatly appreciated.



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

It may also not be fixed by repair then you must format it to be able to use it,
