Hi,
To create partition open diskmagement there is two ways for it,open run and enter diskmgmt.msc press on ok or right click on my computer>manage>disk management.Then right click on the C: drive and select shrink,select size,now a raw partition will be created.Right click on the raw partition and create new one enter your size then the same after having created one drive.This is for vista and windows 7 only.
