I am having this problem with a wireless blue tooth keyboard. There is a mouse that is part of a set with the keyboard, but the mouse works still. I know that it's connected to the computer properly via it's receiver because every time I click a key, the computer clicks.
Also, there is a crude mouse on the keyboard, and oddly enough the shitty little mouse and it's buttons ON THE KEYBOARD work, but the rest of the regular keyboard keys don't function, but are always met with a click from the computer.
I'm fairly computer savvy, but I am completely stumped as to how to fix it.
Vista Home Premium 32bit
Keyboard is the Windows Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000
If you want hardware specs I need to know how to find them without a keyboard, sorry.
It's an intel quadcore for CPU
A fairly high end Nvidia card
4GB of RAM
And anything specific or otherwise further in the respect of hardware, like I said, will require instructions on where to get said information without a keyboard. :P
Thanks to anyone in advance.
