HCL laptop display blinking

Hello,
Is it hardware or soft ware problem..How can it be solve...
problem is only blinking in regular interval..1 minutes..before at starting laptob was blinking and later no bliking was there...

kindly tell me the problem

Hi,

Please check your refresh rate in display adapter/properties and set it to 72 Htz also update your drivers in device manger for display.
