Question

Hello, I have XP on my laptop. It is infected by Trojans and I tried to install Kaspersky, but it said the cd is infected and it didn't let me to install it. I tried to restart it and now it I can't turn it on. It starts to load but when it's about to finish doing that it starts to lead again. I have no idea what to do, I don't want to loose all my files. All i need to turn it on at least for 10min and get couple files. please help if someone can

Good evening,

Start your computer in safe mode

Connect to the internet and download Malwarebytes's on your desk:
Close all browser and open Malwarebytes by double-clicking the icon

1) Click on Update / Check for Updates (wait until he finishes the update)
2) click on Search / Run a full review (the analysis starts)
3) At the end of the analysis, a message appears: the scan completed ..... Click on Show Results to view any items found
4) If objects were found, select all (it may already be checked) and click Remove Selected. This will destroy the pests and found Malwarebytes's going to put a copy in quarantine.

closes all running applications!

* Double-click the icon AD-Remover
* At the main menu, click "Clear "
