Itunes store will not connect to internet [Solved/Closed]

Hello, when I open itunes store this little box comes up and says,"itunes could not connect to the itunes store, make sure your network connection is active and try again." and I cant figure out how to fix it!!!!...... please help!

Try this 1

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" icon -->Click on "Properties" --> Click on

"Connections" tab --> Click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all

the options, if you notice any option selected.

If the problem still exists then click on the below link and follow the instructions

Me to every time I go to get new music it will say "Make sure your network setting are correct and your network connection is active then try agian" And my inter net works?
