Greetings Erea,
I see why you have difficulty finding the drivers. Packard Bell does not make them all available on its Website.
The drivers must looked for according to the cards' manufacturer, make and model.
Go to your control panel, click right on the graphic card icon and open and click on the info tab. Note the make and model of the card.
Repeat the above for your sound card (speaker icon)
Post the information here and we will see if we can find them.

To find the actual mode number download Belarc Advisor https://www.belarc.com/products_belarc_advisor . You'll find that the model number is actually MH45, the go the the packard bell website and find your drivers.

Sorry, you have not given me the correct information, I really need the make and model for each card.
Go to your control panel and double click on "system" this will open your device manager.
Click on the hardware or device tab then on device manager
Scroll down as necessary
Locate each device for which you are looking for a driver, click on the + sign. Write down every detail and post it here.
Signing off for 8 hours or so, I will catch you later

I'm very sorry also. There are all kinds of Packard drivers available but not for your model, believe me I looked every where.
As a last suggestion, try to contact PB customer service, may be they can send them to you by e-mail
