Everything to a point has been well so,so. My wins 7 see's my xp machine I can copy files
from wins 7 to xp, My xp see's my wins 7 machine but will not copy any files to wins 7.
I,ve networked my printer from the xp machine and the wins 7 machine all prints are ok.

Sorry the error message that I get is "Cannot copy the file
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected
and that the file is not currently in use."

All sorted,
In windows XP after clicking on my network places, In the left hand pane click
view workgroup computers, after a minute or so you,ll see on the right your
2 pc's within your network.
Navigate between these 2 icons when transfering files.

Hope this helps someone Alan.
