Connect internet by bluetooth

Hello, Sir

I have a mobile of Nokia X2-00. I can not connect internet conection by mobile throught bluetooth(i also recharge Rs- 98 for mobile+pc internet). my conection is Vodafone. Please solve my problem.

do you have the pc suite for the phone if not you should have one in order to connect to the internet
