Hello, I need serious help haha I have an Acer Aspire 3680-2682 windows vista laptop. and I forgot my password i've tried everything now it seems the only solution is to restore to factory setting , please anyone help, how would be able to achive that. thank youu!!!!!

Hey I have a acer computer and I'm doing the acer restore system to factory default and it asking for a empowering technology password
