Acer aspire it does not turn on or charge

Hello,



I have an acer aspire 5920-6864 and it does not turn on or charge. When I plug power supply into laptop, nothing happens. However, the power pack has a green led light which is bright and solid when plugged into outlet but not plugged into laptop. When I plug it into the laptop, it begins to flash quickly and become very dim.

your loptop battery is almost dead. change the battery . hope your problem will be solved

I have my acer pluged in and it is complete dead there is no light indicating it is charging so what do I do
