Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened. If you notice any yellow mark then install the
drivers. Click on the below link and download the "Network" drivers.

2) Check the SSID and Security key.
