my laptop battery icon having a cross symbolSolved/Closed

Hello, 

       I just observed tht my lap top battery is showing a cross symbol.

when I bring the pointer to it it  says CONSIDER REPLACING YOUR BATTERY .

!!! PLEASE HELP ME I RESTARTED MY LAPTOP COUPLE OF TIMES BUT THTT CROSS ISNT MOVING AWAY 

PLEASE HELP ME IAM  WORRIED .

simply update with SP1 pack win7, and there will be option avilable to untick the issues.. thanks...........

Hello,    

Try this 1   

Remove the battery, plug your power cord and switch ON your laptop -->   

shutdown and then place the battery back into your laptop. If the problem still   

exists then let me know you laptop brand name and how old is your laptop.

hey but is tehre ny realtion betwenn my running  strong dc ++ and my  laptop battery??

coz again wen I satred my dc ++ that cross appeared again for 10 -15 sec before it vanished

dont noe or was it a coincidence?
