VPN Problem - No Network AccessClosed

I have facing a serious problem about the VPN i purchased lastday.

When i connect to the VPN its says succeessfully connected but the problem is the status is No Network Access.. Thats the status i was seeing

I emailed the company of the vpn and a question why i cannot connect to vpn.
They replied and they said that there is no problem on my vpn, they can connect without having any issues.

So, my question is why i cannot connect my vpn into my Pc?

Please help!

Which VPN software are you using?
I am using purchased latest version of SymVPN software on my Nokia phone. It works just fine.

There is no software, i use PPTP V PN or with GUI..  When i connect to my computer it successfully connect but the status is No Network Access. Even if i clear or uncheck the Use Default Gateway or remote network under Advanced TCP/IP Settings nothing has change, im still unable to get a connection from the VPN.

Anybody there could help me about this.
