Bluetooth and webcam disabled<help>

Hello,

I have a Compaq Presario CQ60 which was running on factory-built in Windows Vista Home OEM but I recently changed the OS to Windows 7. However on changing the operating system, the Bluetooth and the webcam stopped working. I do not have the recovery disks hence cant revert to my initial OS. I have tried downloading the drivers to try and enable these features but it didn't work. Is there something am not doing right, or that I can do to enable these features. Kindly advice.
