How to instal jar files on Samsung GT B3410

Please I need help
Every time when I want to install a jar file bigger than 500kb it says :
JAR file is over max size
Can somebody tell me how to install bigger apps ?

i you have to enter the code *#52828378# into your samsung b-3410 and then go to OTA test and change maximum JAR size into 5000 kb!I have samsung B-3410 to and it worked for me!

NO,man its not working in samsung champ neo duos gt-c3262 .So,please tell me other way.
