Same problem here, but tried this and worked:
1. Open the Locker Folder (unlock it first) and search for some file you know it is in there (you can try a file extension .doc, .xls, etc)
2. You should see some results... Right click on one and select "Open File Location" and it should point you to the folder containing that file.
3. From there you should be able to navigate to other files in the Locker
4. Copy all files and folders to another location, outside the locker
5. Done!
P.S. Haha.. just noticed this is from Jan but 2009!!! I guess you either solved it or gave up by now.. but it might help someone with the same problem

This is most probably a case of bad drive sectors... Once Bad Sectors are encrypted, or encrypted Files' sectors are corrupted, you cannot delete it. You cannot Decrypt it either. It will show up as data when it is in a Locked Folder, but once you decrypt or "unlock it" the directory or file structure is so corrupt that the operating system does not recognize it as files. To get your Harddrive space back I would suggest a format and reiinstallation of OS.

I had lost all hope and I was about to give up and delete the folder because it was pointing to an empty folder but then I googled one last time and found this article. It really was of great help and I'm so glad that you posted this. Thank you sooooooooooooooo very much I am really very thankful to you :)
