Pendrive not recognized

Hello,

When I insert the pen to the my computer ,it show in label "Removable Disk".Actually when I try to open a massage show "The insert Driver F not formated "so I formated it.but there is no different .that massage is showing.Please help me,What I do next ?

This is a link to the HP formatting tool - it might format your drive. Most likely your drive is DEAD.
