Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to down

Hello,
I can't download Windows Service 3 Pack because when i click on download this comes up
Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to download.microsoft.com PLEASE HELP.

Hi,

Try to download the SP3 in another web browser like firefox or internet explorer and see if the problem still exist.

It seems to be a problem of microsoft server, try to download later.
