Hello,

I was having some problem with my Facebook on Google Chrome. So I decided to un-Install Google chrome. I then re-Installed it, and i doing so went onto the browser to see if Facebook was working. The browser then got stuck, and I had no choice but to turn it off by the off button on my laptop, (instead of going into start and shutting it down from there). When I turn it back on It says Windows didn't shut down correctly and it asks if i want to restart my computer normally or in safe mode. I tried both of them, and then before i could type in my password and log on the screen went black and all you could see is the mouse. It usually does this when starting up, but thats normal and its only for like 3 seconds. Now it is doing it for ages and wont load. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
Thanks

Hi,

Try this:

Remove the USB cable.

Unplug the power cord --> Remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60

seconds --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later

put the battery back into the laptop.

Good Luck
