Hotmail account block and verification email

Hello,

can someone please help me my hotmail account has being blocked, to unblocked it i have to get a code to my verification email, which is a old email i can not log in to may anymore. can someone help me.

Steve,

There is no two ways about it. You must be able to log in your alternate e-mail otherwise your goose is cooked and you must forget about your account recovery.

hmmm, thank you. before i was able to do it from my main home desk top, but this time it seem not to work at all.

Hotmail is stupid in this way...who will login thier alternate mailbox if their main mail inbox is in proper useable condition...wat a stupid and conflicting ways to unblock thier users account...
