Hello.
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
If you notice any yellow mark then reinstall the audio drivers. You can download
the drivers from the manufacture's website.

You can do this by Roll back driveroption in the properties of the selected driver.
