How to send file or music via bluetooth

i have htc hd7 i wand send some things via bluetooth but i can not or it not allow to me plz help me

u have to turn ur bluetooth on. if it is then u should be able to find the file right click then send via bluetooth. then u should be able to connect to the other object and send it.
