Torrent Download Speed Is Too LOW

Hello, everybody
I am using BSNL load EVDO modem which says 2.4mbps speed,other downloads are down speedy but in torrent my speed is to much low some time it show 30kb/s or some time 0.1kb/s it shows more than 3 days for 5 gb file and my avrg speed is 15 to 20 kb/s.
i am using torrent 2.2.1 and my os is Window-7.
plz help me frndz i need more speed.
plz help !!!!!!!
if you have any solution plz say it.
