My pen drive unable to complete format

Hello,

Kindly help me to solve my pen drive.

Please read through below as I already try at cmd.

format h:/q/fs:fat32
Insert new disk for drive H:
and press enter when ready...
The type of the file system is RAW.
The new file system is FAT32.
QuickFormatting 7455M
Initializing the File Allocation Table <FAT]>...
Volume label <11 characters, ENTER for none>?
Invalid media or Track 0 bad - disk unusable.

Hello,

Try this 1

1) Try formatting your flash drive from the "Disk Management".

Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and press Enter.

"Disk Management" will be opened. Now right-click on your "Flash Drive", select

the option "Format" and follow the instructions.

2) If the problem still exists, then try to format your flash drive with "HP USB Disk

Storage Format Tool". Click on the below link and download it.
