Sony Mp3 Walkman is not getting Detected

Hello,

I have Sony Mp3 walkman player , Model number is NWZ - B143F

The Real problem is my Comp is not Detecting it.When I connect it to other Pc (WinXp Sp3)

i can see Walkman in Yellow Exclamatory mark (!).

Please somebody suggest me what to do, & able to Recover my problem.

I myself had a walkman a while ago and had the same problem.
i don't if this helps at all, but try reseting it.

I changed the connection cable - it worked for me
