Forgotten Windows admin Password

Hello,
I have forgotten my password for my Windows Compaq administrator account. I really have no way of getting in because I didn't make a disc, the hint has nothing to do with it, and the other way is deleting the account over the phone. I have a guest account that I have been using, but I wuld really like to get into it because without it I cant download anything at all with out the consent of the administrator account password.

If you know of any other way, any thing at all please respond and let me know immediatly. It has been like months since I have been in.
