Mac Browser blocking cookies

Hello, when i got to log out of my outlook email it says it cant log me out because my browser is blocking cookies. Also in my "top sites" thing it wont show some of the websites pictures before i click on it because of the same reason. Anyone know what i'm talking about, that can help me?
