Unable to cancel d doc's waiting in queue

Hello,

had to reload papers? till den already 9doc are waiting in queue.. so ven i click on printer menu to cancel all d documents,its showing as:report will be sent to d windows. am unable to sought out dis..vill u plz help me soon!

Turn off your printer ,docs in your queue should get cancelled now,
