Beeps. Monitor turns off. Battery doesn glow

I push the power button the normal sound of the fan starts the follows 3beeps. The icon I think it's a battery icon under the power button where it has the sticker saying w3615 desktop pc ... Windows vista tm home premium ect... Anyway the icon doesn't have a glow like it normally would. The monitor starts to turn on but then turns off... Please help

Hello,

Try this 1

Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another

slot. Check your RAM also.
