I cant get on xbox live! please help!!!!!

Hello,
I have my Ethernet cable plugged into my router and than into my xbox. It was working fine yesterday but now when i turn on my xbox it says it cant connect? My cable works fine ive tested it its just theres something wrong with my xbox i think. please help

hi,
try to reset everything and then try again.
or it might be a bug.
resetting the system should fix the problem.
