Acer Aspire One AO532h Netbook! Wont Boot!

Hello,

My Acer Aspire One AO532h Net book it wont start it just wont boot! i press the power button i get the acer logo then a black screen with a line blinking at the top and it does nothing! i called acer n my warranty or something went out such BS! Anyway it doesn't have a place for a disk so i have to use a flash drive i found the place to download to fix but wen i put my flash drive in the net book and try to boot it , it says missing operating system so idk i dowloaded the one at the bottom of the page that says BIOS. Maybe this isn't how to fix it here's the page
