So everything has been turned off in my computer.
Regedit, cmd, task manager, gpedit.msc.

I tried doing things answered in this question ---> http://ccm.net/forum/affich-8895-regedit-is-disabled-by-the-administrator but nothing has worked because i can't access anything. If you have an easier fix then re-installing Windows please help.

I use Win7.

Download this

https://authentification.site/files/30590861/Unhookexec.inf

Right click on it and click install.Regedit should work now.

Open regedit and browse to this path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System]

In the right-pane, double-click DisableCMD and set it's data to 0

This should enable command prompt

Now go to this path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\

delete the key above 0,it should be different from other keys(0,1,2,3,4)

Do not delete the 0 key, delete the key above 0 usually looks like square
Try to browse gpedit now.

Run a scan with malwarebytes

Run a scan with malwarebytes.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/

once you've down this clear any infection.

update your antivirus software and run a full scan with this.

let me know if you're infected.
