Firewall blocking internet connection [Closed]

Hello, so my problem is that my firewall seems to be blocking my internet connnection, I have a perfectly fine internet connection and when I diagnose my connection problems it tells me I have a good internet connection but mentions that my firewall settings might be blocking the connection. I have spend hourse stressfully trying to find out the problem but I just can't seem to find the solution would somebody a bit more experienced with computers be able to provide me with some help please it would be greatly appriciated,

Go to
control panel
network and sharing center
on the lower left coner click on windows firewall
From options on the left click restore defaults and restore defaults

What if the words restore defaults are not clickable ?

means you have another antivirus that manage the situation .

Hardly, it could mean defaults are already loaded!
