Go to start and type
ncpa.cpl and press enter
Right click on your wireless or LAN icon>properties
Select Internet protocol version 4>properties
Make sure that your ip address and dns has been set to assign automatically
Sometimes antivirus and or third party firewalls may block connection,try to disbable it and try
