Hello,

I have a one year old Compaq Vista, and my laptop shuts down when the charger/battery pack is not plugged in. The batter is at full 100%, but it still shuts down anyway, and won't start back up again until it's plugged in. It's not an overheating issue, as my laptop is kept cool with a fan. If you could help me, even just a little bit that would be great. Also, it has only recently started doing this, in the past two days actually.

To say please, thank you, appreciate, grateful, etc... is common courtesy when you want something, especially help!
