Hi please someone help..
My laptop wont connect to the internet even with the ethernet cable. I don't know wat to do.. I know nothing about computers. I looked online and nothing seems to work.. I tried cmd ipconfig ( with various entries) I uninstalled norton and malebites. Once I did that my computer took ages to turn back on and was going through somesort of index scan. now it turns on ok..
Then I tried a cleaning program I had downloaded before for a previous problem .. called something like OMT but I don't have the name anymore cause when I tried to clean up, the laptop shut down and then when it came back on it had disapeard.
any ideas???
