How do I format kingston 8gb flash drive data

Hello,

I have purchase kingston 8 gb data traveler 101.
When I insert pen drive system ask for formating the same.
But system is not able to format the same.
Please help

or

GO TO run and type

diskmgmt.msc and click ok

Right click on your USB drive-format
