Internet stops responding when i try to open

Hello,

everytime i click on a document that is in a pdf form my internet stops working and shuts down.
i dont no if its anything to do with adobe can anyone let me no if you no how to solve this problem much apprechiated

Launch Adobe reader

Click on EDIT tab

Go to preferences

On the left pane ,click on Internet

On right side put a check on Display PDF in browser option

Now try to open pdf
