It's a great software with a fancy GUI and all. I've tried it with XP, but you don't need to buy it. It's shareware, not free as stated, and limited to a 3 day trial and costs 20 bucks. Everything it can do is available free as the Sysinternals Suite, specifically 'psshutdown.exe' from Microsoft when used in conjunction with the standard task scheduler you have the same capability without another background application task slowing everything down and consuming memory. With the savings, one can buy a couple extra beers at the bar... Only thing ya can't do with Sysinternals is to schedule the built-in Windoze screen saver to turn on at a certain time... kinda like having a need for teats on a bull.
