Computer powers on but does not boot

Hey guys, I've got a problem with my Dell desktop PC. Last week I have shifted my room. Before shifting PC I have checked it was working properly. But when I installed at new place it is not working. There was no damage or anything during transit. When I switch on monitor & CPU both switched on but it is not booting. I cannot hear any sound of fans or anything from CPU. Yellow lights blink both in Monitor & CPU. Can someone please provide solution .

You need to check the connections of all components with-in the PC. I would also remove and re-seat the memory modules. It's most likely something go jarred loose during the move. We see a lot of "I moved my PC and now it doesn't work" requests.
