Fingerprint reader not detected inHP DV4-1502

Hello,




I m having problem with my fingerprint reader..

My machine details:
HP DV4 1502Tu
3 GB RAM
320 GB HDD
Win 7 ultimate 64 bit

It was working fine till I was using 32 bit OS (Win 7 hm premium - got pre-installed). But dude to some problem I had to formate n install win 7 ultimate 64 bit. I downloaded the drivers, digita persona did everything I found on net but it didn't help me.

So someone please help me!! I m tired of typing my password again and again. Please

There are often problems with 64-bit drivers. The solution - return to the 32-bit system, pressure HP to issue working drivers or make sure you have the correct 64-bit software.

@xpcman - thanks for replying..

My laptop warranty is over so... They just don't listen. I have software for 64 bit OS downloaded from HP's website. Still not working :((
