Hello, first off install disc that came with computer is cracked. Computer will not read. Took to a technician to look at it said harddrive is OK, just everything on computer has been wiped completely off. When I turn it on all I see is a small box in middle of screen that looks like a folder with a ?, and to 2 smiling faces. How can I possibly get get anything back without a install disk? PLEASE HELP.....The original disc is a 10.3.7

Macs do NOT have a hidden partition with a system image like many current Intel laptops have. So that's not an option.

If you have an Apple store near buy. I suggest you take it to them and pay them to re-install the OS.
