Why wont my PS3 connect to neighbors internet

Hello,
I live in an apartment in my friends back yard. She has wireless internet thru Linksys. She has no password & the signal strength in my apartment is always 75%. When I put in the PI address, it says it went thru but there is still never an internet connection. I don't know much about this stuff. Please help. No cable, I need netflix asap lol

Your friend need to make there linksys discoverable to make the connection.
