Update of Windows 7 downloads into Adobe.

Hello,
I bought an upgrade of Windows 7 and it downloads into Adobe and won't open. My instructions say to download it and choose SAVE. But Save or Run are never an option. What is wrong with my settings??? How can I fix this problem?

Download the updates for Adobe from https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html Use Mozilla Firefox or Google chrome to download. It will work fine.

The problem isn't with Adobe. It is that my newly downloaded application tries to use Adobe to open. It is not a PDF file.

Please let me know what type file you are trying to download. What is the name of the application you are trying to download.

If you are using Internet Explorer to download install Google Chrome and try to download it again.
