Dell Dimension booting problem

Hello,

I have shut down my PC last night but next morning the Dell system cannot boot I have nothing download last night but watch some drama on line through wireless broadband. I have never get problem with any other PC I am using PC for last 20 years.
Now the orange light blinks so I start to reinstall my operating system but it response same after reboot. What could be the solution of it. My PC has 2GB RAM, 200GB SATA, PCI VGA(NVIDIA).

We will need more information. What are the symptoms? What model number of the PC? Did you hit F12 after starting and run the Dell diagnostic?
